Refunds apply when the export doesn't produce a working copy of your Framer site. This includes broken animations, missing pages, rendering issues, or download failures.
We can't refund for issues that are inherent limitations of Framer exports (documented on our homepage under "What's not included"): Framer form submissions that need a new backend, CMS content that requires re-export for updates, and Framer-native features like built-in search or authentication.
